It's Christmas Eve.

You're probably not at your desk.

Maybe you're with family.
Maybe you're alone.
Maybe you're somewhere in between.

I'll keep this short.

The holidays hold everything at once.

Joy and grief.
Gratitude and longing.
Connection and distance.
Presence and absence.

If this season feels complicated for you, that's not a sign something is wrong.

That's the Law of Polarity doing what it always does.

Holding both truths in the same room.

My gift to you this week isn't content.

It's a question.

One question to hold lightly while you're with the people you love. Or while you're navigating the quiet. Or while you're doing whatever this day asks of you.

Here it is:

What did I become this year that I wasn't at the start of it?

Not what you accomplished. Not what you checked off.

Who you became.

Sit with that.

You don't need to answer it right now. Just let it land.

To everyone who has opened these emails week after week.
To those who reply with your stories, your questions, your breakthroughs.
To those who read quietly and never say a word.

Thank you.

You are seen.
You are not alone.

And whatever this day holds for you, I hope you feel held by it.
