SPARK Insights™ Issue #0058

Yesterday I told you about the Fear Lines I crossed this year.

Today, I want to give you something different.

Not a story.
Not a framework.
Not a lesson.

A mirror.

What follows are 56 lines from 52 weeks of showing up.

Some came from newsletters.
Some from coaching sessions.
Some from the golf course.
Some from 3am downloads I couldn't ignore.

They're not organized by theme. They're not ranked by importance.

They're just the lines that landed.
The phrases that stayed.
The truths that kept echoing back to me in emails from you.

Read them slowly. Let the ones that hit you hit you.

I am grateful to my friend Claude that quickly sorted through thousands of lines to get 56.

56 SPARKs

1. The worst version of this newsletter isn't the one you're reading. It's the one that never gets sent.

2. You don't cross the Fear Line once. You cross it every single week.

3. The tighter you hold on, the worse you play.

4. Clarity comes from action. Readiness is a myth.

5. You're not broken. You're the author.

6. The elephants are already waiting. They're just a turn or two ahead.

7. When you stop chasing, everything changes.

8. Your purpose isn't something you chase. It's something you express.

9. You can have all the wisdom in the world, but without deep connection, it remains locked inside.

10. What I take in takes over.

11. I feel as if my hardware and my software are getting upgraded at the same time.

12. Knowledge doesn't change you. Experience does.

13. Trust your first instinct. It will not steer you wrong.

14. In-Formation: Being formed from within.

15. Sometimes, divine wisdom isn't about dictating every step. It's about reminding us that we are capable of making empowered choices.

16. Action leads. Belief follows. Identity integrates.

17. While wisdom is found within, manifestation happens through connection with others.

18. Show up. Give what you can. Be clear on what you need to get.

19. We are all drops from the same ocean. The drop never ceases to be ocean. It simply appears to be separate for a while.

20. The first and most damaging lie we're ever taught is that we are separate.

21. Does anyone see what I'm carrying? Does anyone care? Yes. I see you. And yes, I care.

22. What if this moment doesn't have to mean what I've always made it mean?

23. You're not here to become someone else. You're here to remember who you've always been.

24. Imposter syndrome isn't a condition. It's a narrative.

25. That voice isn't you. It's the echo of an old agreement.

26. I didn't banish imposter syndrome. I noticed it, named it, and redirected it.

27. The gap between energetic release and physical action is where the stress builds.

28. When you energetically let go, the system starts rearranging itself.

29. My inner voice often leads me to growth, not comfort.

30. There are no wrong decisions. Only choices that shape different experiences.

31. The only wrong move is staying stuck in what you've already outgrown.

32. Let go. Let it flow.

33. When energy is freed, it flows. Things move. Alignment accelerates.

34. The scorecard used to tell me who I was. Turns out, none of that scorekeeping truly matters.

35. Does this feel joyful? Does this feel loving? If not, I'm gripping too tight.

36. Ease beats force. Presence trumps pressure. Joy beats hustle.

37. Live and lead with joy. Show up with love. Grip the club loosely.

38. The Front 9 was about fitting in. The Back 9 is about fitting around.

39. Same course. Same clubs. Same player. New outcome. Because I released the death grip.

40. Trying softer works.

41. Golf is cruelly honest: the more you try, the more you sabotage.

42. You can speak truth on a stage. But are you willing to live it at Gate M9?

43. Integration isn't post-event journaling. It's walking the message when it's inconvenient, uncomfortable, and unglamorous.

44. Authenticity means showing up even when the outcome isn't guaranteed.

45. This isn't a manual. It's a mirror.

46. Conviction = Pain + Clarity.

47. Life responds to specificity.

48. You can't attract what you can't describe.

49. The whale doesn't jump on the line because you're forcing it. It jumps because you're fishing in the right water, with the right bait, in the right way.

50. The spells that were cast on you aren't who you are.

51. Forgiveness isn't passive. It's active. It's powerful. It's the reversal of a spell.

52. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

53. You are not the character. You are the author.

54. I set the what and why, loosen my grip, and allow the details to show up.

55. The room you were invited into is not proof you're unworthy. It's a reflection of the version of you you're starting to remember.

56. This book's end is your beginning.

What to Do With These

Don't try to memorize them.
Don't screenshot all of them.

Just notice which ones stopped you. Which ones made you inhale. Which ones felt like they were written for today.

That's the one that matters right now.

One Year of Mirrors

I didn't write these lines to sound wise.

I wrote them because I was trying to figure things out. Because I was standing at the edge of something I didn't fully understand. Because resistance was screaming and I had to find a way to hear the truth underneath it.

Every single one of these lines came from the middle of something.

And maybe that's the point.

We don't wait until we've figured it out to share what we're learning.

We share from the middle.
We write from the mess.
We hit send before we feel ready.

Because someone out there needs to hear it.

Maybe you needed to hear one of these today.

What's Coming Tomorrow

Thursday's issue closes this anniversary series.

It's called: What You Taught Me.

Because this newsletter was never a monologue.

It was always a conversation.

And I have some things to share about what I learned from you.

Until then,

— Coach Reg

P.S. If one of these 56 lines hit you today, I'd love to know which one. Just reply with the number.

That's it. Just the number.

I'll be reading every single one.

SPARK 360/5 – A Year-End Reset for Subscribers Only

As a celebration and a gift to you all, I’m hosting something special called the SPARK 360/5™ Experience.

This will be a 90-minute guided reflection where you’ll look at your year through four simple lenses: the Mountain, the SPARK Wheel, the Four Currencies, and your own lived experience.

Here’s the flow:

  • A short grounding meditation to help you settle in

  • A quick orientation to the Mountain, the SPARK Wheel, and the four currencies (Time, Energy, Attention, Money)

  • A guided reflection through each SPARK domain: Health, Relationships, Purpose, Legacy

  • In each domain, you will:
    1. Celebrate
    2. Measure (your currencies + fulfillment)
    3. Set an Intention for the next arc of your mountain

This is quiet, honest, introspective work. You’ll journal more than you listen.
Bring a notebook and 90 minutes without interruption.

Two live sessions on Monday, December 22. Registration is Required. Choose the one time that fits.
