I want to share a quiet thought with you.
There’s a lot of pressure this time of year to review, assess, plan, improve. To hurry up and figure things out before the calendar changes. And the truth is, most of us don’t actually need more fixing or figuring.
What we usually need is a pause.
A moment to stop and notice the year we just lived. Not to judge it. Not to rank it. Just to see it. To acknowledge what it asked of us. To recognize what shifted, even if we can’t put words to it yet.
Something I keep coming back to is this. You’re not behind. You didn’t miss anything. You’re exactly where you are, and that’s not a mistake.
I’ve been holding space for this kind of reflection for a long time, both for myself and for others. This year, I decided to open up a small, private window to do it together. I call it SPARK 360/5™, but at its heart it’s simply ninety minutes of slowing down.
We start by settling the body. Then we look at the year through a few familiar ideas. The mountain you’re on. The areas of life that tend to matter most. The way your time, energy, attention, and money have been flowing.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to force.
In each area, there’s a simple rhythm. We celebrate what actually happened. We measure honestly where things stand. And we set a quiet intention for what feels right to carry forward.
That’s it.
If you’d like to see the reflection guide we’ll use during our time together, you can find it here: https://bobregnerus.com/spark360-5
There’s nothing you need to fill out in advance. Skimming is plenty. Bring it with you if it feels helpful.
I’m gathering a small group of humans this Monday, December 22. Registration is required, simply so I know who to expect.
There are two live sessions. Pick the one that works for you.
If you can’t make it live, that’s okay too. Register for either session and I’ll send you the recording so you can move through it in your own time.
However you close this year, I hope you give yourself a little grace. You’ve been becoming someone all along, even in the moments that didn’t feel clear.
With care,
-Coach Reg
