SPARK Insights by Coach Reg - Issue #0012

As you are reading this, I am currently sitting in my Elite Mastermind group that meets quarterly in Salt Lake City. It is a group of six of us that get together and challenge each other, help each other grow, and work through challenges. If you're not part of a mastermind, you really want to be because you get the support, you get people that are there for your success, they're your mirrors, they help you see things that you can't.

Just like we do in a coaching relationship, a mastermind is a place where you can be vulnerable, you can share your wins, you can share your struggles, and you've got people that are focused on you. In this case,  each member has the group's attention for a full two hours. We help each other work through challenges, encourage each other to think bigger, think outside the box, and keep moving along our way.
